沙爹醬 Satay Sauce
成份: 花生、芥花籽油、蒜、蔥、魚露、大地魚、香料、蝦米、糖、辣椒(本產品含有甲殼類動物及花生) Ingredients:Peanut, Canola Oil, Garlic, Shallot, Fish Sauce, Brill Fish, Spices, Dried Shrimp, Sugar, Chili(This Product Contains Crustacean and Peanuts) 用途: 火鍋(以上湯為湯底,可加些花奶,椰汁或糖),煎、炒、炆、蒸及醃製(海鮮、鮮肉、凍肉等),或加入湯粉、麵、煲仔菜、鹵水汁、咖喱汁和點心內,均有出色表現。 注意:不必先將沙爹醬油炒,埋獻汁時加入便可。

辣椒油 Chili Oil
成份: 芥花籽油、辣椒干、蒜、蔥、鹽、水 Ingredients:Canola Oil, Chili, Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Water 用途:烹調餸菜時(酸辣湯、蔥爆牛肉、豉椒炒蜆、咕嚕肉、京都排骨……等), 隨意加入適量辣椒油,味道香辣醒胃。
